1. Trainer Heavy Equipment Staff

Qualifications:

  • Minimum D3/S1 any major;
  • At least 2 years of working experience as Heavy Equipment Trainer at smelter company;
  • Have an active license as "Ahli K3 Umum";
  • Must have SIM B2 Umum;
  • Have experience and ability in the implementation of daily inspection and maintenance of heavy equipment;
  • Have experience and ability in basic OH&S tools heavy;
  • Good at discipline and team work;
  • Willing to be placed in North Morowali with 10 (working) : 2 (off) roster system.
  Job Description:

  • Creating training need analysis, programs, curriculum, schedule, and training materials in terms of HSE;
  • Deliver training related to practicing operating work units;
  • Explain the function of panels or indicators on each vehicle unit;
  • Creating work plans and reports on the results of internal and external training
2. Heavy Equipment Trainer Supervisor

Qualifications:
  • Minimum D3 majoring in Mechanical Engineering;
  • Maximum 40 years old with at least 2 years of working experience in the same position;
  • Experienced and able to understand the types and basics of heavy equipment operation, such as a loader, forklift, crane, excavator, etc;
  • Have experience and ability in the implementation of daily inspection and maintenance of heavy equipment;
  • Have experience and ability in basic OH&S tools heavy;
  • Preference will be given to those who have attended/provided training at dealers;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Understand the pattern of training, coaching, and mentoring;
  • Discipline and high integration;

  Job Description:

  • Creating programs, curriculum and training materials;
  • Responsible for the development of equipment operator competence heavy;
  • Ensure the implementation of training and evaluation of training results running continuously;
  • Ensure that the P2H implementation of the equipment is carried out properly provide an assessment and evaluation of heavy equipment operators.
3. Power Plant Trainer Supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in (Mechanical/Electrica/Chemist Engineering)
  • Have experience as a Power Plant Trainer (Supervisor level);
  • Have a certificate of K3 Steam Power Plant and TOT Level 3;
  • Have an understanding of boiler, turbine, and generator operations.
  • Have experience in a fabrication company
  • Have knowledge of Plant Performance Analyst, Technical Knowledge, Maintenance Planning and Repair Maintenance.     
  • Have 1st Grade/2nd Grade Certificate issued by DOSH / DEPNAKER K3 with minimum 5 years working experience.

Job Description:

  • Create plant training programs, curriculum, modules and materials
  • Responsible for developing the competence of power plant technicians;
  • Ensure the implementation and evaluation of training results run smoothly and sustainably;

4. Supervisor QAQC

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in S1 Chemistry / Metallurgy
  • At least 5 years experience to handle mineral analysis lab (Nickel); and/or 2 years in the same position.
  • Have a certificate of K3 Chemical officer, PPR
  • Have a Certificate of Training KAN 17025 and ISO 9001-2018/2015 (Preferred)
  • Have attended training on the use of XRF equipment
  • Willing to be placed in North Morowali Site with roster 8 weeks (working) : 2 weeks (off).
Jobs Description:

  • Understand the test method related to how to test Nickel Samples
  • Understand the process and mechanism of sample preparation and analysis
  • Understand sample analysis using gravimetry, titration, etc.
  • Understand the use of XRF in the sample analysis process
  • Understand the laboratory quality management system (KAN) and PPR

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years experience, preferably those who have worked in a tax consultant and are used to working multi-tasking;
  • Able to perform tax reconciliation and tax planning for companies. Understand the concept of transfer pricing;
  • Proficient in using tax applications (E-Faktur, E-SPT, E-BUPOT) and SAP applications;
  • Able to establish good communication with the tax office;
  • Thorough, organized and have a good leadership spirit;
  • Willing to be placed in Head Office (Jakarta).
Job Description:

  • Review the work of staff regarding the company's monthly tax reporting and ensure that all taxes are paid correctly;
  • Conduct monthly tax reconciliations both PPh and VAT;
  • Supervise the tax review process carried out by the appointed consultant;
  • Assist in the tax audit process that is being undertaken by the company;
  • Prepare Annual SPT starting from calculating fiscal corrections to reporting.
7. HSE Site Services (Superintendent)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree;
  • 35 – 48 years old;
  • Have a K3U Expert certification from the Ministry of Manpower, Certification for controlling water, air and B3 waste pollution, K3 Chemical Expert;
  • Has experience as an Environment in a Factory;
  • Able to lead a team to work together and also be active in working in the field;
  • Willing to be placed in North Morowali Site with Roster 8 weeks (working) : 2 weeks (off).
Job Description:

•Involved in the preparation and processing of permits related to X-Ray, Certificate of Appropriateness for boiler operation, Image Approval Deed, Technical Approval for Waste Water and Emissions, Technical details of B3 and Non-B3 Waste;

•Ensure that obligations in fulfilling permits owned by the company are fulfilled;

•Plan and carry out environmental monitoring for water, air, B3 and non-B3 waste;

•Responsible for inspection plan for potential environmental pollution in the company area;

•Ensure that the work environment program can run well according to plan;

•Active in socializing environmental management performance to related departments;

•Prepare and provide reports for environmental processing.

 

8. Safety Coordinator Supervisor

Qualifications:

•Have a certificate Ahli K3 Umum from Kemenaker RI;

•Have a certificate Internal Auditor SMK3/Implementasi SMK3 from Kemenaker RI;

•Have Certificate Ahli K3 Kontruksi dari Kemenaker/BNSP from Kemanker RI;

•Have a Certificate Ahli K3 Listrik dari Kemenaker/BNSP;

•Have a certificate Ahli K3 kebakaran from Kemenaker/BNSP;

•Willing to be placed in North Morowali Site with Roster 8 weeks (working) : 2 weeks (off).

Job Description:

•Make a Objective Target Health and Safety Program Departemen yearly, monthly, weekly and daily;

•Make a HSE Budget Plan and control yearly and monthly;

•Monitoring and review compliance Health and Safety Personnel and department weekly and monthly;

•Make a monthly Roster Health and Safety Department personnel;

•Do coordination to Supervisor from other Departemen about Health and Safety implementation program at department;

9. HRD Assistant Manager - HO

Qualifications:

•Bachelor degree in Psychology/Law/Management or related;

•Minimum 7 years experience in HR;

•Have experience in all HR function (Recruitment, Comben, People Development, and Industrial Relation);

•Experience in Mining or smelter industry;

•Ethical, resourceful, versatile, hands-on, able to work under pressure & self-driven with good organization skills;

•Placement in Jakarta (Head Office).

Job Description:

•Manages & supports HR Manager day-to-day HR operation within the organization;

•Provides advices to managers on employee relation issues;

•Establishes employee handbook, HR policies & procedures to ensure internal controls are maintained;

•Creating HR systems are effective and efficient, for example by creating SOP, Job Description, Training and Development system;

•Compile, carry out and track performance appraisal together with all department heads;

10. MEP Engineer (Supervisor) (GNI)

Qualifications:

•Min. Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related

•Having experience min. 8 years in MEP

•Having experience in power plant or manufacturing

•Computer skill: Autocad, Revit/Sketchup

•Assist in the scoping review, budgeting and justification of MEP change work order.

•Willing to be placed in Head Office - Jakarta

Job Description:

•Make MEP design drawings for buildings and areas (housing & factories)

•Make MEP drawings for PBG and SLF

•Calculating the volume and estimated cost of the MEP work according to the design

•Execution/ implementation in the field according to the design and or monitoring of contractor work (MEP)

•Pre-resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems at a site that may arise at any time

11. Industrial Relation Supervisor

Qualifications:

•Bachelor degree in law/psychology/Human Resources/related;

•Having at least 3 years experience in the same position or minimal 5 years as HR in mining/smelter industry;

•Maximum 40 years old;

•Understand HR regulations, government regulations related to employment for mining sector;

•Able to build good communication with employees, company management, government agencies, local communities;

•Have good interpersonal and communication skills;

Job Description:

•Experienced conducting end-to-end recruitment process for heavy equipment operator positions (such as: crane, loader, excavator, etc), driver, security;

•Have deep knowledge about the flow of the recruitment process and labor regulations related to employment agreements (PKWT, PKWTT, Probation, THL);

•Understand government regulations related to employment in the mining sector;

•Mastering interview skills and psycho test;

•Communicative, capable to work under pressure, and detail-oriented;

•Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;

•Maintaining MPP of all divisions and fully responsible for conducting end-to-end recruitment process for positions on site;

•Preparing Hazard Identification, Risk Control of operating Steam Aircraft and Pressure Vessels in the workplace

•Preparing Hazard Identification, Assessment and Risk Control of operating Production Power Aircraft in the workplace

•Develop plans and implement the K3 Inspection program for Production Power Aircraft periodically as an effort to fulfil K3 regulations and standards

Qualification:

•Proficient in using tax applications (E-Faktur, E-SPT E-BUPOT) and proficient using Accurate

•Fluent in Mandarin (both oral and written);

19. Mandarin Translator (HO)

Qualification:

•Minimum education in D3/S1

•Maximum 30 years old;

•Have an HSK 5 Certified (will be an advantage);

•Have solid administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office;

•Experience in the smelter, port operation, project, or manufacturing activities is preferred;

•Able to work in a team, good communication skill and multitasking;

•Placment in Jakarta (Head Office).

Job Description:

•Able to communicate using mandarin fluently   

•Able to read and write mandarin well    

•Translate documents for internal purposes from Indonesian-Mandarin (vice versa)

20. Crew TPS LB3 (KMS)

Qualifications:

•Minimum SMK / Diploma;

•Have minimum 1 year experience as Operator TPS LB3;

•Have Operator LB3 Certificate;

•Proficient in Microsoft Office;

•Willing to work with shift system;

•Have good communication and discipline in work;

•Willing to be placed in North Morowali (Central Sulawesi).

Job Description:

•Manage TPS LB3 warehouse operations in accordance with applicable procedures;

•Accept and place hazardous waste according to their characteristics;

•Record incoming and outgoing handover of hazardous waste in the Log Book;

•Perform maintenance on the cleanliness of the building;

•Report daily activities to superiors and also make reports manually and soft files on the computer;

•Pay attention to safety in every job;

•Schedule the transporter for the transportation of hazardous waste

21. Crew TPS Sampah Domestik (KMS)

 Qualifications:

•Minimum high school education;

•20 to 30 years old;

•Have driving license A and driving license C;

•Able to operate Ms. Office computer and make reports;

•Have good communication and discipline at work;

•Willing to do lifting and transportation work;

•Domiciled in North Morowali is preferred.

Job Description:

•Managing Domestic Waste TPS Operations;

•Receiving and sorting domestic waste according to its characteristics;

•Recording the handover of incoming and outgoing domestic waste in the Log Book;

•Carry out maintenance of the cleanliness of the TPS building;

•Perform daily activities to superiors and also make reports manually and soft files on computers;

•Pay attention to K3 in every job.

 

22. Supervisor Survey and Operation (SEI)

Qualifications:

•Have a Certificate (Ahli K3 Listrik from Kemenakertrans RI);

•Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mining/ Geology/ Geodetic/ Civil/ Metallurgy/ Industry);

•Have experience in the engineering field (smelter and PLTU preferred);

•Able to operate Autocad, Arcgis, global mapper, graphic design;

•Able to create site plan/ development plan;

•POP/POM certification is preferred;

•Have good leadership;

•Able to create regulations and implement technical work procedures well;

•Able to coordinate between divisions, related government service and other agencies;

•Willing to be placed in North Morowali with 8 : 2 roster system.

Job Description:

•Provide direction and monitoring of operational and technical work (Smelter and PLTU production flow);

•Monitor and analyze every technical and operational work;

•Lead the team and evaluate the performance of the assigned team;

•Create weekly, monthly and annual work plans;

•Conduct regular work reports.

 

23. SHE Supervisor (SEI)

Qualifications:

•Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety/ Environmental Engineering/ Public Health;

•Minimum 5 years experience in the same field as Supervisor;

•Having "Ahli K3 Umum, POP, SMKP" certification;

•Having Accident Investigation Certification;

•Competency in auditing SMKP, SMK3, incident investigation, emergency response management and safety accountability programs;

•Proficient in development and report of HSE compliance;

•Proficient in regulations regarding safety and the environment in the industrial park or smelter sector;

•Having the ability to create Job Safety Analysis (JSA), contractor safety management system;

•Proficient in Fire Management System, Fire Emergency Plan and ERT;

•Willing to be place at North Morowali with 8:2 roster system.

Job Description:

•Provide direction and monitoring of operational and technical work (Smelter and PLTU production flow)

•Responsible to planned and unplanned safety inspections in mining area;

•Having the responsibility in good safety directives in the field;

•Monitoring the implementation of SOPs has been carried out well by all employees;

•Create SHE report and IBPR (Identifikasi Bahaya dan Pengendalian Resiko);

•Responsible for HSE Compliance document;

•Liaise with the internal department, head office, and external interested parties and regulatory authorities on matters about safety, health and environment;

•Investigating, problem solving, auditing and providing feedback on unsafe act and unsafe condition in the field.

 

24. Electrical Staff (SEI)

Qualifications:

•Have an educational background min. Senior High School Electrical Engineering / D3 / S1 Electrical Engineering

•Have experience in the field of electricity (weak current and strong current) at least 1 year

•Have experience troubleshooting electrical equipment (generators, LVMDP, towers and others)

•Age 21-35 years old

•Have an electrical K3 Expert certification

•Understand technically about electrical work

•Able to read wiring diagrams

•Willing to be mobile and on call in case of troubleshooting

•Able to work in teams and individually

•Able to work under pressure

•Disciplined and responsible

•Able to coordinate well, skillful and take initiative

•Willing to be place in North Morowali with 10:2 roster system.

Job Description:

•Identify electricity needs in the office area

•Responsible for maintenance work from the electrical side in the office area

•Able to install electrical units on production machines (Tower, LVMDP, and generators)

25. Senior Staff Compensation & Benefit (HO)

Qualifications:

•Minimum education of Bachelor’s Degree

•Minimum have 4 years of experience in the same field as Senior Staff Comben

•Maximum 35 years old;

•Proficient in operating Ms. Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint);

•Mastering the Labor Law in the scope of Compensation and Benefits Including Overtime Regulations, Working Hours, Roster Leave, Annual Leave, Absence, THR, Annual Leave Wage Scale Structure, Unpaid Leave, Paid Leave, BPJS Provisions and Insurance.

•Experience in handling more than 2 companies

•Initiative in working without being told, have the best ideas to solve obstacles in work

•Mastering basic administration, collecting, inputting and filing data.

•Have experience in handling DPLK  

•Have experience in creating/designing HRIS   

•Have experience handling payroll for more than 2 companies 

•Ready to work on holidays (Saturday / Sunday / national holidays) to complete payroll implementation targets on time.

•Placement in Head Office (Jakarta)    

Job Description:

•Managing attendance and working hours of all companies in the group including data collection both head office and jobsite.

•Checking the suitability of overtime requests, official travel records, roster leave records, annual leave records     

•Manage BPJS including registration, addition of participants, deactivation of participants, changes in family data, submission of BPJS payment

•Prepare payments for THR, bonuses and its calculation, prepare announcements for the submission of funds and the report.

•Update employee database, PTKP, able to explain to employees regarding salary including income / salary deduction, BPJS, absence etc.  

•Responsible for all payroll activities starting from uploading working hours to sending data to the bank.  

•Responsible for carrying out work to completion according to the targets set each month.
